Barack Obama Just Shared A Heartwarming Moment With Prince Harry — You’ll Love Them Even More!

President Obama made several lasting friendships during his time in office whether it be the brother-like bond with vice president Joe Biden or his close ties to British royalty, Obama received people with warmth and dignity

Britain’s Prince Harry joked that he found himself feeling incredibly nervous to interview former President Obama as he served as a guest editor for BBC Radio 4, in an excerpt released this Sunday.

“You’re excited about this; I’m nervous about this,” the prince explained to Obama.

The interview, which is due to be released later this month, will jump into both of the men’s shared ambition of assisting youth leadership, as well as the day the president officially left office and his post-presidential life, according to Kensington Palace.

Kensington Palace has now released a video of Obama and the prince joking around just before their discussion.

“Do I have to speak faster because I’m a slow speaker?” Obama joked, adding, “Do I need a British accent?”

“If you start using long pauses between the answers, you’re probably going to get ‘the face,’” Harry joked.

The prince and the president have had a great friendship since Obama was first sworn into office.

Harry paid a visit Chicago in October for the Obama Foundation’s inaugural summit, while the president met with the prince at Kensington Palace earlier this year.

The two also chose to sit next to each other at a basketball game during the Invictus Games in Toronto this past summer.

The former president personally congratulated Harry on Twitter back in November after he officially announced his engagement to American actress and humanitarian Meghan Markle.
